Ingredients
- 1 cup French lentils (washed and picked etc)
- 1 1/2 quart organic chicken stock
- 1 leek
- 2-3 celery stalks
- 2-3 medium carrots
- 2-3 TBS black rice
- 1-2 tsp salt
- black pepper
- Dried thyme or Herbs Provençal

Preparation
Step 1
Add the lentils to the chicken stock in a Crock Pot. Wash, peel and chop in small pieces all the veggies.
Add the rice and spices.
Turn the Crock Pot to High and let it boil for 3-4 hours.
