Pork Chops with Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4-6 boneless pork chops
  • 10 3/4 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup white wine ( use chicken broth)
  • 4 oz can sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
  • 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. beef bouillon granules or 1 beef bouillon cube (BV)
  • 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
  • 3/4 tsp. dried thyme, optional

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place pork chops in slow cooker.
2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.

3. Cook on low 8-10 hours, or on high 4 1/2 -5 hours

4. Serve over rice.
