Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1/4 Cup or less Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 oz. Rum
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat. Add brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and rum. Stir until blended. Add bananas. Continue cooking until bananas are well coated and slightly crispy on outside. Pour over ice cream.
