Salisbury Steak Mushrooms Onions

Ingredients
- Gravy
- 2 Tblsp Butter
- 1 Lg onion Sliced
- 1 box button Mushrooms
- 1 1/2 C beef stock
- 2 Tblsp red wine
- 3 Tblsp sour cream
- 2 Tblsp corn starch
- 1 Tblsp Worcestershire sauce.
- Carmelise onions in butter about 15 mins. Add mushrooms and cook until they are soft. Add wine,worcestershire sauce and reduce 5 mins. Add beef brothand simmer. Mix sour cream and corn starch and add to onion mixture stirring until thick.
- Salisbury Steak
- 1 1/2 LB ground Beef
- 1/2 C bread crumbs
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 4 dashs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 beef bouillion cube crushed
- salt pepper
- 1/2 package dry onion soup mix
- 2 eggs beaten

Step 1
Make gravy and set aside. Mix beef mixture, form patties and refrigerate for 2 hours. Add Tblsp olive oil and tblsp of butter in large pan and brown . When brown add small amount of water, cover and simmer with lid until done about 15 min. Uncover and let liquid evaporate .Add Gravy back into pan stirring brown bits and simmer until hot.
