Ingredients
- 1 lb beef
- 2 lbs dried black beans
- 1 c bacon fat
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 3-8 jalapenos, chopped
- 1 bulb garlic

Preparation
Step 1
Wash beans and soak in amount of water recommended on pkg.
Put all ingredients in slow cooker and cook all day.
Serve with grated Monterrey Jack cheese.
