Ingredients
- 2 Russett Potatoes (or Yukon Gold)
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Cayenne
- Paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Peel potatoes. Cut into quarters. Microwave on high for 4 minutes until just tender. Cool to room temperature. Cut into six. Put in fridge for crispier potatoes. Over medium/high heat, add olive oil and butter. Once the foamy part of the butter starts to turn brown, add potatoes. Add a dash of salt, pepper, cayenne, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika. Toss every 2-3 minutes until evenly coated and brown.
