Ingredients
- Icing:
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. raisins
- Min. marshmallows
- 2 squares melted chocolate
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 2 c. icing sugar
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
350 F Oven
Melt chocolate and butter. Add sugar, eggs, salt, vanilla, flour, baking powder and raisins.
Bake for 15 - 18 minutes
Add a layer of minature marshmallows and put into oven for 5 minutes more. Cool.
Mix up icing and spread over marshmallows.
