Chicken & Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 small whole chicken or 4 breasts
  • celery, chopped
  • onion, chopped
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 bag pepperidge farm stuffing

Preparation

Step 1

1 small whole chicken or 4 chicken breasts. boil for 1 hour with a little chopped celery, onion, salt and pepper. Drain and save broth. De-bone chicken and spread evenly in 9x13 pan. Add 2 cans cream of chicken soup. Spread over chicken. Add 3/4 can of broth to chicken and soup. Pour one bag pepperidge farm stuffing over chicken mixture. Add another 3/4 can of broth over the stuffing. Dot with butter. Cover with foil and cook at 375 for 45 minutes.
