ROMAINE, CAULIFLOWER & BACON SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 1 head of romaine lettuce, break up into small pieces
  • Spanish onion rings (or purple onion rings)
  • 1/2 head cauliflower
  • 1 lb cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 2-3 cups mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In a 9 x 13"glass dish, on bottom put romaine, then onion, then cauliflower, then bacon. Cover with mayonnaise, then Parmesan cheese.
