Ingredients
- 1/2 to 1 head of romaine lettuce, break up into small pieces
- Spanish onion rings (or purple onion rings)
- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 1 lb cooked and crumbled bacon
- 2-3 cups mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
In a 9 x 13"glass dish, on bottom put romaine, then onion, then cauliflower, then bacon. Cover with mayonnaise, then Parmesan cheese.
