Directions

Preheat oven 350* FOR 7 minutes to cook chicken rest of the way in oven. Cut the chicken bone in the center; next cut the ends of the leg. and salt and pepper to taste. lay flat in plate. In a pan canola oil 1 Tbsp or 2 get hot, then cook onion, carrot, garlic then put in the risotto and chicken broth. let cook till rice in done.
