CASSEROLE--FRIED RICE--DICK'S

Ingredients

  • 4 CUPS COOKED RICE
  • 8-12 OZ.HAM
  • 10-12 -GREEN ONIONS
  • 1 LARGE JALAPENO PEPPER (SEEDED & DEVEINED)
  • 2 EGGS
  • 1/4 CUP SOY SAUCE MORE OR LESS AS NEEDED
  • 2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER

Preparation

Step 1

MELT BUTTER IN A LARGE SKILLET. ADD HAM,ONIONS,AND PEPPER. COOK
ON MEDIUM HIGH HEAT APPROXIMATELY 3-5 MINUTES. ADD EGGS, SCRAMBLE
MIXING WITTH HAM,ONIONS AND PEPPER.

WHEN EGS ARE ALMOST COOKED BUT STILL SOFT, ADD RICE THEN SOY SAUCE.

STIR UNTIL EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY MIXED.
