Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C heavy Cream
  • 1/3 C sugar
  • 3/4 tsp unflavored Gelatin
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle the gelatin over 2 Tblsp cream. Let bloom about 5 min.then nuke the mixture about 20 seconds to melt gelatin stir with fork until melted . Beat cream and sugar together until soft peaks while pouring gelatin in slowly.
