Ingredients
- Seasoning:
- 2 tbsp. yeast
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 cups warm water
- 6 cups flour
- goma
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup shoyu
Preparation
Step 1
Mix karinto ingredients and let stand for a few minutes.
Roll flat with pasta roller on #2, 5 times, then #3.
Cut and deep fry.
Mix seasoning and boil for 10 minutes.
Mix the karinto and seasoning and lay out on single layer on cookie sheets.
Bake at 200 degrees F with oven door ajar for 30 minutes.
