RHUBARB STRAWBERRY FILLING

Ingredients

  • 15 oz frozen or fresh strawberries
  • 4 cups sliced rhubarb
  • 2 tsp grated lemon rind
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp tapioca
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and put into a microwave baking dish. Microwave on high for 10-12 minutes. Cool.
