Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons light butter
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 pounds catfish fillets
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat broiler.
2. Melt butter. Add spices and salt. Coat fillets.
3. Broil, about 5 mins. per side.
Notes: Careful not to burn!
