Ingredients
- 10 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
- paprika, pepper
- 4 medium raw potatoes, pared
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
Step 1
Cut potatoes into " ovals then matchsticks. Combine soup and spices. Place potatoes in a greased dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Pour on soup mixture. Cover with foil. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
