Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 teaspoons flour
- 12 ounces evaporated skim milk
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 3/4 cup feta cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Season Chicken generously. Cook in sprayed pan until done, about 9 mins/side.
2. Melt butter in saucepan, add flour, whisk and cook 1 min. Gradually whisk in milk, add chives. Simmer 3 mins or until thick.
3. Add cheese, stir until melted. Spoon over chicken.
Notes: Flour roux didn't work. Mixed some evaporated milk with cornstarch and whisked in.
