Mango Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Mango tangerine beverage
  • 1 cup mango chopped (frozen or thawed)

Preparation

Step 1

Measure first 4 ingredients into large bowl. Stir. Make a well in center.

Cream butter and sugar in medium bowl. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add fruit beverage. Stir. Add to well.

Add mango. Stir until just moistened. Fill 12 greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake in 375F oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
