Candy-Coated Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 dash vanilla
  • 4 cups whole pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat over to 275°

Line a cookie sheet with wax paper, then spray with cooking spray.

Beat egg white until stiff.

Stir in brown sugar and vanilla until smooth.


Mix in pecans and stir until coated. Pour nuts onto prepared cookie sheet.

Bake until browned, about 10-15 minutes.

Cool and store in a tin.
