Bamfield Halibut Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup black bean sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 quarter size fresh ginger piece, crushed
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and drizzle over fish for 30 minutes or longer refrigerated. BBQ on high 20 - 25 minutes depending on thickness and size of filet.
