Ingredients
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 8 oz. (8 slices) bacon, cut 1 inch crosswise
- s&p
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. half and half

Step 1
Boil spaghetti, cook bacon
In a large bowl whisk eggs, parm and half & half.
Drain pasta, laving some water clinging to it. Working quickly, add pasta to egg mixture. Add bacon & season. Toss.
