Ingredients
- 4 lbs. asparagus
- 2 tbs. olive oil
- s&p
- 1/4 c. butter
- 4 tsp. lite soy sauce
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Cut off tough ends of asparagus. Arrange evenly on a lightly greased baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil & sprinkle with s&p. Toss
Bake at 400 deg. for 15 min. Melt butter. Cook, stiriing occasionally or until butter is browned. Remove from heat; stir in soy sauce & balsamic vinegar. Drizzle over asparagus, tossing to coat.
