- Fresh fish choice: Sea trout Mahi Mahi Tuna
Preparation
Step 1
Place fish on broiling pan. With small knife gently pierce fish. In a measuring cup mix 3 parts olive oil to 1 part lemon juice. Pour mixture over fish. Season fish with the following: salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash, garlic salt and parsley. Finish with slices of onions and tomatoes. Put try in oven to broil. DO NOT put tray close to broiler, allowing fish to cook slowly.
Cooking time 10 to 20 minutes, depending on size and thickness of fish.
