Ingredients
- 3 lb spareribs, cut
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2/3 cup Ketchup
- 2 tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp butter 1/2 tsp MSG (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Arrange spareribs in pan in 1 overlapping layer. Roast at 350F for 50 minutes. Combine rest of ingredients in saucepan, bring to boil, stir and simmer for 5 minutes. Brush spareribs with sauce Return to oven, raise heat to 400F for 10 minutes.
