- Bowl #1
- 2 Large Eggs (Whites) Whipped to stiff peaks
- Bowl #2
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1/2 C. Cooking Oil
- 1 3/4 C. Milk
- Bowl #3
- 1 3/4 C. Flour
- 2 T. Baking Powder

Preparation
Step 1
Bowl #1 Whip the Egg Whites to stiff peaks and set aside.
Bowl #2 Blend Egg Yolks, Oil and milk together.
Bowl #3 Mix Flour and Baking Powder together
Pour bowl #2 ans #3 together and blend. Slowly fold in bowl #1 and when thoroughly mixed place needed amount onto the Waffle Maker for 5 minutes on high.
