Chinese Style Casserole - B

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
  • 1 package frozen Chinese peapods – thawed.
  • 2 cups sliced celery
  • 1 can condensed mushroom soup
  • ½ soup can of milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 can Chinese noodles [5 ounces]

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook ground beef in a frying pan until brown and crumbly.
2. Turn into a 2 quart casserole dish.
3. Arrange thawed Pea Pods over meat and cover with salary.
4. Mix together the mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper and onion; pour over celery.
5. Sprinkle noodles over the top of the casserole.

Bake in a 375° oven for 30 minutes.
