ITALIAN LEMONADE

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 pint water
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • Few grains salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sugar and water slowly for 10 minutes. Let cool. Add lemon juice and salt. Place in freezer tray and freeze. Then place in ice-cold bowl and beat with electric mixer until creamy. Return to freezer until firm.
