Ingredients
- 2 pkg pistachio instant pudding
- 2 20oz cans crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 2 c. mini marshmallows
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 8 oz cool whip
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry pudding mix, pineapple, marshmallows, and pecans in large bowl until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping; cover. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve. Garnish with additional coop whip and pecans.
