Baked Aspargus

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Aspargus
  • 1/2 c. Panko
  • 1/4 c. Parmaean
  • 1 T. Thyme
  • 2 t. evoo
  • 1/2 t. salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

400 degree oven

Bake 1 lb. aspargus, sprinkled with evoo for 10 to 15 minutes (depending on size of spears)

Remove from oven,

top with remaining ingredients and bake an additional 6 minutes
