Gooey Buttercake

  • Crust:
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick of butter - melted and cooled
  • 1 large egg
  • Filling:
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream (1 cup)
  • 1 box xxx sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 stick of butter - melted and cooled

Preparation

Step 1

Crust:
Mix well on lowest speed in mixer
press into lightly greased 9x13 pan. Pull up on sides w/hand.

Filling:
mix slowley in mixed until blended, poor into crust. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
