Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups canned whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 2 loaf pans with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a medium bowl, beat eggs, sugar, cranberry sauce, milk and oil until smooth. Add to flour mixture and beat just until combined. Stir in pecans.
Transfer batter to pans. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool loaves in pans for 5 minutes. Turn out on a wire rack to finish cooling.
