Pineapple Au-Gratin

Ingredients
- 2 large cans pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1/2 c pineapple juice
- 2 c grated colby cheese
- 1 3/4 c sugar
- 6 Tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 tubes Ritz crackers
- 1 stick oleo
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first set of ingredients.
Combine second set and then add top pineapple mixture.
Pat in 6 x 10 pan.
Crush crackers and sprinkle on top.
Drizzle oleo on top and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
