Ingredients

  • 2 large cans pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/2 c pineapple juice
  • 2 c grated colby cheese
  • 1 3/4 c sugar
  • 6 Tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 tubes Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick oleo

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first set of ingredients.

Combine second set and then add top pineapple mixture.

Pat in 6 x 10 pan.

Crush crackers and sprinkle on top.

Drizzle oleo on top and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
