Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. all purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. flat beer
  • 1/3 c. cornstarch
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first four ingredients.
Add beer, egg, and oil.
Mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
