Ingredients
- 7.5 oz round brie
- 115 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and finely chopped
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Score the top of the cheese. Mix tomatoes and garlic;
Pile generously on cheese.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Heat at 350° until cheese melts.
