Millionaire Pie

Ingredients

• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 stick butter, softened
• 1 large egg
• tsp. Salt and vanilla
• 2 baked pie shells
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup drained crushed, pineapple
• C. chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar and butter. Add egg, salt & vanilla. Mix until light & fluffy. Spoon into crusts. Chill. Cover with whipped cream, blended with pineapple and nuts. Makes 2 pies
