Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts
- 1/2 c. chopped scallions
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- 1/2 c. corn kernels
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c buttermilk
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 T red wine vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Shave or shred Brussels sprouts. Add scallions, bell pepper and corn. In small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, and red wine vinegar. Season with salt, pepper and hot sauce (optional).
pour mixture over ingredients and toss thoroughly.
