Ingredients
- 1 16 oz. can sauerkraut
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans water
- 1 can mushrooms (optional)
- 1 pkg. lipton onion soup mix
- 1 8 oz. pkg. luski noodles (boil for 10
- minutes)
- 4 lbs. cubed pork (butt roast can be
- used)

Preparation
Step 1
Brown cubed pork, drain off fat. Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour or until meat is done.
