Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. can sauerkraut
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans water
  • 1 can mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 pkg. lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. luski noodles (boil for 10
  • minutes)
  • 4 lbs. cubed pork (butt roast can be
  • used)

Preparation

Step 1

Brown cubed pork, drain off fat. Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour or until meat is done.
