Ingredients
- 2 pounds veal
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 medium onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 can water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Oregano to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions and garlic in oil. Place in casserole. Saute floured meat in some oil until lightly browned. Place in casserole. Mix remaining ingredients (except oregano) and pour over meat. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Add oregano and bake for another 20 minutes.
