Ingredients
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup almonds, toasted
- 2 anchovies
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
- 1 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Start cooking a pound of pasta. In a food processor, combine all ingredients listed. Process until just blended. Stir in 1/2 cup pasta cooking water. Toss sauce with hot pasta. Top with grated Parmesan.
