Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white miso
- 3 Tbsp. Sake
- 3 Tbsp Mirin
- Salmon or Cod

Step 1
Brush Miso Paste on both sides of fish; spoon extra saucce over top.. Refrigerate for 6 to 24 hours.
(24 hrs preferred)
Place foil over broiling pan grate. Remove majority of Miso paste from fish using your hands.
Place oven rack 8 inches from broiler.
Broil 8-12 minutes. Internal temp of 125 deg. ***Rotate pan while cooking.
Use foil liner to cover edges of fish if excessive browning appears
