Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 ripe pear
- 1/2 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
- 2 tsp. pure maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1/2 frozen banana, chopped
