  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 ripe pear
  • 1/2 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
  • 2 tsp. pure maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 1/2 frozen banana, chopped
