SAUSAGE WITH HERBS

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground pork
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ssge
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1.4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 crumbled bay leaf
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix pork with salt, sage, cumin, ginger, bay leaf and ground pepper. Shape seasoned pork into 12-15 patties and fry until well browned on both sides.
