CrockPot Pork Loin with Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins,about 1 lb each
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 4 tbsp Grey Poupon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water

Preparation

Step 1

1. Rinse the the pork loin in water. Trim any excess fat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in a slowcooker sprayed with cooking spray. Combine garlic, mustard, honey, brown sugar, vinegar and thyme. Spoon over pork loins. Cook on high 4-4&1/2 hours or low 7-9 hours.

2. Remove pork to a plate, cover with foil and keep warm. Pour juices into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Meanwhile, mix cornstarch and water. Add to drippings and simmer 8-10 mins until reduced by a third and slightly thickened. Slice pork and pour sauce down through the middle of the slices.
