RHUBARB PIE FILLING

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • 2 tsp grated orange rind
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 5 cups sliced rhubarb
  • 1 tbsp butter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine dry ingredients. Toss with fruit. Dot with butter. Bake in unbaked pie shell at 425 for 45 minutes.
