Texas Sheet Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 2 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 t salt
• 1 t baking soda
• 1/2 c sour cream
• 2 sticks marg
• 1 c milk
• 4 T cocoa
• Icing
• 1 stick marg
• 4 T cocoa
• 6 T milk
• box powdered sugar
• 1 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 6 ingredients together. Set aside, bring to boil marg, milk and cocoa - add at once to mixture. Pour on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 350* for 20 minutes
Icing
Boil marg, cocoa and milk, add powdered sugar and vanilla.
Pour on cooled cake.
