Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless, cubed
  • 1 Red Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Green Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 Zucchini, diced
  • 2 Yellow Squash, diced
  • 1 Tbs. Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 2 Cups Spaghetti Sauce
  • 2 Tbs. Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Step 1

Add all ingredients except cheeses to a slow cooker, mix well. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Add cheeses, turn off slow cooker. Serve when cheese is melted. Serves 6-8.
