Pizza Dough Bread Machine

This makes 2 thinish sized pizza crust's
to freeze one - lightly cover with Olive Oil and place in plastic freezer bag.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups warm water 85-90 degrees
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Cups Bread Flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/3 Cups Parmesan Cheese finely shredded
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 1/2 Tsp Active Dry Yeast

Preparation

Step 1

In the Bowl of Bread Machine
Add Wet Ingredients in the Order given
Add Dry Ingredients in the Order given
Add Yeast making a "well" in the flour mixture and add into the "well"
Bread Machine setting 8 (on ours)
After dough is complete. Preheat oven to 475 with Pizza stone in middle rack.
Divide dough in two.. save one or make two.
Turn Dough onto floured surface. roll/stretch to the thickness & size you'd like.
Sprinkle Corn Meal on Pizza Peel, Put crust on peel. Fork holes into crust, slide onto Oven Pizza Stone
Bake 5-7 minutes
Pull out on Peel Top w your favorite Pizza ingredients.
sauce pizza add fine layer of cheese
then rest of your favorites. Place back in Oven 12-18 minutes.
