Tart and Tangy Chops - B

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange pork chops in single layer in a baking dish. Combine ketchup, honey, salt, and pepper and pour over chops. Place lemon slices on top of chops. Bake uncovered at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours.
