Ingredients
- 2 c garlic-anchovy mayonnaise
- 1/4 c fresh lemon juice
- 1 T cider vinegar
- 1/3 - 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 T black olive paste (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients, adding black olive paste if desired. Cover & refrigerate until serving, up to 1 week. Stir before using.
