crab cake chive and caper sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 2 TBS chopped shallots
  • 2 TBS lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 2 TBS capers

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 6 ingredients in food processor until pale green. Transfer to small bowl and add capers. season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill. Can be made 1 day ahead.
